Custom Card Order Terms & Conditions

By submitting your order you agree to the following:

• Handmade items are unique, and as such minor imperfections may occur, that is the charm of buying handcrafted over mass manufactured products.
• While all care is taken to keep your order to the highest standards if you find that you are unhappy with any items you have 7 days from taking delivery to make myself aware of the problem. A solution will be worked out on a case by case basis
• Your order will not be started until paypal payment has been received. If you wish to pay in cash on delivery please email zjgould@gmail.com prior to filling out this form.
• All items will have a discreet “Zarna Gould Designs” logo stamped on the back.
• Please allow 14-21 days from the date of payment for delivery. Urgent orders may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, please contact me prior to ordering if your order is urgent to ensure you are not disappointed.
